2024 was a celebratory year for Panacea. It’s 20 years since Rachel started the business and the company has grown to become a trusted and valued Software as a Service provider. Today, we are fortunate to retain many loyal clients who continue to use Panacea Software to achieve optimum results and valuable cost savings.
In 2024, our development work has continued, with the launch of some exciting new software to expand our Purchase to Pay (P2P) capabilities for direct P2P functions, with a slick interface and intuitive tools. We have also implemented a new e-signature function and our e-auction feature is becoming particularly useful for some of our subscribers to ease competition when selecting suppliers.
New Subscribers
In 2024, we have been delighted to welcome new subscribers including the Office for Environmental Protection and the Consortium Academy Trust and are currently onboarding the Hexagon Housing Association and United Learning. We are looking forward to welcoming many more new clients in 2025.
Before a client commits to Panacea, we demonstrate how the software will work to fit the needs of a business. Once on board, we support new clients through data transfer, aiming for as smooth a transition as possible. The system holds a vast amount of information with details such as contacts, tasks, contracts, schedules, messages, legacy data and more, available for reference and to build on in the future.
Training is thorough and continuous support is on hand as well as lots of access to guides, FAQs, and a helpdesk for all users.
The Panacea Team
The office is as lively as ever and regular company drinks during the summer months were a highlight on Wednesday evenings. We enjoyed our Christmas gathering with delicious tapas food, a quiz and good cheer; it was lovely to have everyone together to celebrate the end of our anniversary year!
Procurement Act
With the new processes required for the Procurement Act 2023 set to go live in February 2025, we are working closely with the Cabinet Office digital team to evolve Panacea Software so our clients can consistently enjoy efficient and user-friendly solutions which adhere to the latest UK Government procurement regulations.
